The management does need to visit other casinos. For as excited as I was for this will be a long while before I consider going back. I did enjoy the fact that smoking was not allowed.
Other than a water feature, I can't even think of one other spectacular architectural element that allowed me to want to just view and look over the place. I decided to visit the casino to get a feel and I fully understand why that was done.
I had contact the casino in an effort to bring a group to the casino and was discouraged by Group sales in doing do. one that every one in Central NY was excited to see open has really surprised me on the lack of customer service the management and staff has put forth.
